tips to resist food


these are some personal tips i came up with
  • drink water or diet juice (or regular juice, just watered down a lot) when you want to binge. at least a half gallon. it'll fill you up without making you gain
  • sweet tasting gum can reduce sugar cravings. you should always have gum in your mouth to keep your mouth busy so you won't binge
  • put on lipstick carefully and perfectly so it looks really nice, then you won't want to mess it up by eating
  • take every opportunity when you're alone to work out
  • get at least 8 hours of sleep or your appetite will increase by 10% the next morning
  • every time you say ‘no thanks’ to food, you are saying ‘yes please’ to skinny
  • never EVER eat alone. for a few reasons
    • you'll eat less around people
    • you're more likely to binge when you're alone
    • people will see you eat and not get on you about not eating
  • always suck in your stomach, it makes you burn 10 calories per hour
  • if you have hunger pains pinch your ear where it connects with your cheek, it's a pressure point
  • always remember what ana wants
  • take cold showers to burn more calories
  • you must burn more calories than you eat if you want to lose body fat
  • make healthy food choices all day
  • anything made from wheat or rice is a giant no-no
  • if you can do this without binging (i know i can't) breakfast should be your biggest meal of the day.
    eat like a queen at breakfast, a knight at lunch, and a peasant at dinner
  • pick a day to binge. you're more likely to binge on non-scheduled days if you don't
  • you must be active for at least an hour a day
