rules


Here are my food rules that i follow religiously
  1. no food after 6 pm
  2. or before 12 pm
  3. never finish everything on your plate
  4. if possible, leave leftovers
  5. drink 2 glasses of water before eating
  6. cut food into at least 10 pieces
  7. always take more than 45 minutes to eat
  8. never eat anything that is touching another food
  9. leave 3 hours between meals and snacks
  10. salad first, veggies, protein, starch
  11. always eat in front of people, if you don't it's wasted food
  12. 4-6 cups of green tea/day
  13. count every calorie
  14. no fast food, no dessert. ever.
  15. never eat in front of the tv, computer, or a book. it will distract you so you don't enjoy what you're eating and make you want to eat more
  16. NO OIL (except canola oil, 1 tbsp/week)
  17. never eat egg yolks, butter, full fat cheese, milk (non skim), regular mayo, full fat cream
  18. finish chewing and swallowing a bite before going for another
  19. snacks are only allowed on weekends, and only 2 snacks per weekend
