new fasting tips

Before you stand up take a couple of slow deep breaths, so that you don’t get dizzy.If you feel like you are going to pass out either sit down and put your head between your knees or kneel down with your head resting on your knee. Anything to get the blood flowing to your head.If you start feeling weak and tired, rest and take a nap.Get LOTS of fresh air and sunshine. Your body still needs to absorb vitamins.If you need to, take vitamins and supplements. The only downside to this is that they can cause an increase in hunger, dizziness and nausea.Don’t do this on your own. Let someone know that you are planning to fast. That way, in the event that something should happen to you, someone will know the cause. Nothing serious usually happens, but you could pass out or something like that.When you start to feel hungry, do something else to keep busy. Go take a walk, read a book, take a nap. Anything that will keep you away from food. Even eating something small will make the fast harder to get used to and will most likely result in a failed fast.And most importantly, DRINK DRINK DRINK!!! It’s a water fast and therefore water is essential. It will keep you from getting sick and will detox your body.
