ariana grande diet

the food:
lots of water, lots of fruits and veggies, cut down on junk food, eat only when you're hungry, never skip a meal, eat smaller portions, eat high energy foods.
the workout:
20 jumping jacks, 10 squats, 5 lunges each leg, 1 minute plank, 30 sit ups, 10 weight lifts each arm, 5 total body stretches, 10 min cardio (walk, run, jump rope)
