Skinny Smoothie & Latte Recipes!

SMOOTHIE
ingredients:
1/2 banana
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup strawberries (or five strawberries)
1/2 cup mixed green tea and laxative tea
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
however much calorie free sweetener you want
blend either in a blender, bullet, etc...
cals: 157
carbs: 36

LATTE
ingredients:
1/2 cup skim milk
1/3 cup coffee

put milk in microwave for 1 minute
whisk milk vigorously
pour coffee into cup, add milk
cals: 76
carb: 6
