smoothie recipes

ingredients:
1/2 banana (61 cals)
1 cup spinach (2 cals)
4 frozen strawberries (39 cal)
1/4 cup green tea
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt (55 cals)
2 tbsp calorie free sweetener
1/4 cup laxative tea (optional)

total: 157 cals
directions:
mix together in blender, food processor, bullet, whatever you may have.
