food diary 5-3-2015 12:00 noon

breakfast: 1/2 orange, 1/4 cup almond milk, english breakfast tea, sweet n low
lunch: 1 cup frozen grapes, 1 tube protein go gurt
dinner: ??? (hopefully nothing)
i will eat nothing for dinner, if my blood sugar drops i will only have glucose tablets or juice, nothing more, nothing less.
