day one of hsg diet - FAILED

i failed so fucking hard today. i started out the morning okay, but then i had burger king, then i binged when i got home, so that makes 2 binges today. i remember when i would come home from school and binge, then binge again at night because i was so goddamn depressed. i still am depressed. especially about going to residential. i have so many worries about it that i just want to lay in bed all day and not have to face the world.
