Food Diary - August 1st, 2014

  PLANNED FOOD INTAKE
breakfast: 2 pieces toast w no cal butter spray and two eggs w salsa
lunch: peanut butter and jelly
dinner:  cream of chicken soup with four crackers

ACTUAL INTAKE
breakfast: nothing (slept through it)
lunch: 2 greek yogurt bars 
dinner: two pizza wraps (homemade, no meat)
