what causes low blood sugar:
for me? too much insulin and not enough sugar.
for people without diabetes or hypoglycemia? usually not eating and moving around too much.
tips to avoid bingeing during hypoglycemia:
always keep either glucose tablets or gel (available at the medicine aisle in walmart or other superstores or drugstores, cheap and only 15 calories each) or hi-c juice boxes in your bag.
if you spend your money on one thing, it should be glucose tablets or gel.
people will try to shove a candy bar down your throat, and if they do that, don't let anyone catch on to it. just handle it yourself. eat one thing and keep yourself away from food until you feel 100% or you'll binge. i can prove it. it's happened to me before.
